Abstract: The article deals with the problem of training future specialists in the social sphere for instance, the formation of an organizational culture. The organizational culture includes a wide range of skills and knowledge of specialists. It is a relatively new object of research in the social sphere. It represents a suitable basis for the successful work of specialists in the social sphere. The current educational program does not form a proper understanding of the term "organizational culture", moreover, there are a number of problems associated with the possibility of an objective assessment of the level of organizational culture among specialists in the social sphere. The article analyses the method of assessment of the organizational culture based on the analysis of the level of formation of its components. The research has identified the following four main components: axiological, cognitive, behavioral and regulatory. Each of the components consists of both personal and professional qualities of specialists, as well as their skills and strategies. To examine the level of formation of the components of the organizational culture, each component was tested. The methods of M. Rokich, J. Bullman, E.Yu. Mandrikova, L. Faleeva were used in this research. The study was conducted at Samara University among the Sociology Department students majoring in Social Work. The research has shown an insufficient level of training of specialists in the social sphere. Therefore training of these specialists in higher institutions should be perfected.
