Abstract: Society is a complex system, the state of which is determined by the processes at different levels of its development and transformation. The content of most of the processes is determined by behavior of people under the influence of certain conditions and circumstances. However, some people may behave differently and their behavior may not coinside with the goals and actions of the majority of the population. Such behavior contradicts the social system and stimulates the society to resort to certain preventive measures, to eliminate it or to reduce its negative effect for the person or society in general. The article presents an author’s approach to the issue of psychological and pedagogical support of teenagers with deviant behavior in summer camps for children. According to the authors, the efficiency of this methodology depends on a number of factors and conditions in summer camp, which should take into account children’s creative abilities, social demand and the opportunities of student-focused, culturological and activity-based approaches. The methodology includes: 1) pre-deviant diagnostics and deviant behavior prevention; 2) development of human values and good relation in a group of teenagers; 3) development of participant relations among teenagers in summer camp. Psychological and pedagogical support is a complex of actions, which ensures stable development of the necessary personal qualities of teenagers, improves their behavior and adjusts their socialization.
