Abstract: The article discusses the problem of conflict resolution competence formation of teachers working in the school resolution management centre. The article argues the importance of introduction of school conflict management centres into school practice to succesfully resolve different conflicts; it also analyzes conflict resolution competence of a teacher as a necessary condition for an employee of the conflict management centre. The article defines the concept “competence” and analyzes different approaches to interpretation of conflict resolution competence worked out by different specialists. The authors of the article worked out a process model of conflict resolution competence formation which includes theoretical and methodological bases, stages, methods and forms, as well as description psychological and pedagogical conditions. The results of empirical research help to make the conclusion about the main directions of teachers’ training in the field of conflict resolution. The article provides the process model of conflict resolution competence formation, which was successfully implemented and tested; it could be used in school conflict resolution management centres.
