Abstract: The article reveals the results of an experimental study on the formation of a value attitude to counteractaction of extremism among cadets of the Russian National Guard troops. Based on the results of modern researchers, the author clarifies the concept "value attitude to counteraction of extremism". The article reveals the content of the ascertaining, forming and controlling stages of the experiment, analyzes the results of introducing the model of work with cadets into the educational process of the military higher educational institution. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the Perm military institute of the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation. 123 cadets participated in the experiment, included in one control group and four experimental groups, in which the established sample was representative for the whole population. Comparing the results of the ascertaining and control stages of the experiment, the author justifies the uniqueness and necessity of introduction into the educational process of a special tool for improving the quality of training of specialists in the educational organizations of the troops of the Russian National Guard in the sphere of countering extremism. The positive dynamics of the attitude to counteractaction of extremism confirms the validity of the hypothesis of the research put forward. The author's conclusions on the basis of the initial diagnosis allow us to establish a low level of the value attitude to counteract extremism among the cadets of the Russian National Guard troops, which actualizes the problem of the purposeful organization of the educational process in this area of professional training. Using the results obtained by the faculty and heads of educational organizations will allow to adjust the activities of individual educational work with cadets and servicemen of the troops of the Russian National Guard.
