Towards the Problem of Spiritual Experience Formation at the Junior School Age

Abstract: The article discusses modern sociocultural situation causing the crisis of outlook, values, ideals of the society and personality, intensification of contradiction between objective needs of the society in a spiritual personality and inadequate orientation of the modern education system to junior schoolchildren spirituality education. The essence of junior schoolchildren spirituality is defined as their own ability to spiritual effort becoming apparent in reflection of situations containing problems of philosophical character, children existential reflection, assisting behavior, acceptance of culture images of another person. Psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of younger schoolchildren spiritual experience formation in art and cultural environment are offered.
