Key Terms and Principles for the Expert Training in Independent Risk Assessment

Abstract: This article deals with one of the promising directions for the development of uninterrupted education under the conditions of the technical regulation reform in the Russian Federation. Using the example of the experts training, who are going to work in the sphere of independent risk assessment, on the basis of the training center, which was established at the graduation chair, the author reveals the conceptually important theoretical principles of the training system of specialists working in expert organizations.
