Problems of Criteriality of Development and Russian Education

Abstract: Innovation development of the educational system must be based on an adequate choice of priorities of development, integration of science and education, and on anticipatory preparation of the staff. During critical consideration of the law on commercialization of education it was stated that reformation of educational system must conform to the interests of all population of the country.
Key words: Educational system, market economy, spiritual and moral education, commercialization, bourgeois-democratic reforms.
