Self-Management of a Head of Educational Establishment

Abstract: The article features peculiarities of management in an educational institution, it reveals the necessity of self-management by the head of the educational institution. From the point of view of the author it will help optimize management of the educational institution, minimize time spent on work organization, leave free time for one’s own creative development.
