Management of Creativity as a Factor of Professional Development of a Person

Abstract: The article gives proof of theoretical proposition, according to which creativity is a factor of professional development of a personality. In the article the definition of the concept «management of creativity» in a support of professional development context is given, and the model of professional development of the personality as a process of creative transformation of his / her professional self-conception is considered.
