On the Construction of Information Training in Higher School

Abstract: The article explains the necessity for an integrated approach in the construction of educational information environment (IEE) of educational institutions that would satisfy the demands of all the subjects of the educational process. Identified are the principles of construction of IEE and its information model is offered. Practical implementation of the environment is considered on the example of IEE of the Ural State Pedagogical University (Ekaterinburg). Proved is the possibility of IEE building based on a small number of basic software systems.
