Abstract: The concept "asymmetric professional future" and its manifestation in post-industrial society are defined. External and internal factors causing asymmetry of the professional future are analyzed. Future forecasting in the context of new scientific and applied discipline – psychologic is considered. Scenarios and options of overcoming of the asymmetric future of modern youth are provided.
