Abstract: The author's position is discussed, according to which the objective study of «familiarizing» with social and cultural space is impossible without solving the problem of subjective human evolution. In this context, the specificity of acquisition of socio-cultural experience is determined by dualistic subject plan of personality, and the question of subjectivity formation becomes the problem of psychological conditions that determine personal identity and self-transformation.
