Abstract: The article focuses on the analysis of the communicative situation of agreement and on the construction of its communicative model. The model of the communicative situation of agreement contains the following components: the addresser who plays the main role in communication and takes initiative in achieving the agreement between him and the addressee; the recipient who asserts his interests and goals but takes the addresser’s proposition in the long run; the communication channel in the form of communicators’ live conversation; coding/decoding of information; roles and goals of the communicators; the place for realization of this communicative model; the type of speech activity; the gender component which affects the realization of the communicative situation; the emotional factor which plays a certain role in the development of the communicative situation; the duration of communication; the communicative operations and the behavior of communicators. The use of these components with proper lexical and syntactical arrangement produces one of the variants of the communicative situation of agreement.
