Abstract: The article examines the effects and results of participation of the Ural State University, teacher-cal project of modernization of teacher education. Analyzing the strategic guidelines of the university, the authors define as a "breakthrough" in the boards, positioning the university formation of regional educational stem sr, and implementation of innovative cultural and educational projects through networking with Russian and foreign partner universities. The article appeared-county experience Ural State Pedagogical University on the testing of new fashion-lei basic professional educational programs of undergraduate and graduate programs involving academic mobility of university students in the conditions of the network interaction-tion and in-depth professional-oriented students practice and the experience of impletion International cultural and educational program “Global Initiative on Education.” The article discussed the possibility of organizing teaching internships and pro-shaping the global problem of competence of students.
