Integration of Universal Learning Actions of Pupils According to the Requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Secondary Education

Abstract: The article deals with universal learning actions (ULA) of pupils which are put at the basis of Federal State Educational Standards of Secondary (full) General Education and are obligatory for realization for each educational institution. Special attention is paid to the description of personal (self-determination, sense formation, moral evaluation) ULA, regulatory (goal-setting, planning, predicting, control, correction, evaluation, personal self-analysis) ULA, cognitive (general educational and logical) ULA and communicative ULA (understanding other people’s positions, ability to formulate one’s own thought, to work in partnership with others and adequately use means of speech). The article provides the description of the principles of training defining the content of the modern educational process directed at formation of universal learning actions of pupils. The authors give a practical example of a simulation game which promotes the formation of integrative universal actions of pupils at different stages of activity: at the organization stage – personal, regulatory, cognitive, communicative ULA; at the preparatory stage – personal self-defining ULA; at the content formation stage – general educational and cognitive ULA; at the diagnostic stage – integrative ULA; at the final stage – personal self-defining ULA.
