Abstract: The article deals with the problem of attracting younger generation to the norms of equal, respectful and natural communication of representatives of different nationalities. It defines the essence of the notion of ―culture of interethnic communication between preschool children‖, the role of this phenomenon in the complex of education processes, necessary for the given age group, and the socio-historical specific nature ethno-pedagogical technologies, realized in the conditions of modern Russia. The author describes the characteristics which should be included in the personal component of the learner-centered activity approach in organization of the process of education of culture of interethnic communication in preschool children. It is shown that the creation of an integral pedagogical model of the process of education of culture of interethnic communication in preschool children is possible on the basis of the learnercentered activity approach with the help of associative-verbal teaching of children in modern preschool education. The main methodological aim of the education process in a preschool educational institution in the conditions of interethnic communication, based on using an associative dictionary, may be defined as mastering Russian associative norms and their true fixation in children’s memory with the purpose of formation of such images of lingual mentality which would be close to the ones of native speakers of the given language. The children’s use of knowledge about their Motherland and friendship among nations in independent creative decorative activity should be treated as a basis for education of culture of interethnic communication on behavioral level by means of application of the principles of the learner-centered activity approach.
