Abstract: The object of this research is improvement of extracurricular activities of pupils with severe multiple disabilities in development as part of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education of pupils with special educational needs. Currently, there is a need for description and introduction of new forms, methods and means of working with students with severe multiple disabilities, promoting their socialization, based on the achievements of modern science. Monitoring the organization of extracurricular activities at educational institutions show that teachers are still not enthusiastic about implementation of innovative forms, methods and means of working with children with severe multiple disabilities, often using traditional approaches in organizing extracurricular activities. The aim of the work was the development of recommendations for the implementation of innovative forms, methods and means of organization of extracurricular activities of children with severe multiple disabilities. The proposed recommendations may be useful to teachers, speech pathologists of specialized educational institutions and teachers working with the specified categories of students in inclusive form.
