Abstract: The article deals with the problem of development of universal learning actions through project activity of schoolchildren in physics with historical-biographical content, because the formation of the pupils‘ modern vision of physics as an element of culture is impossible without turning to the persons of outstanding scientists. The article provides examples of life and creative activity of eminent scientists and engineers as a basis of content of school projects in physics, facilitating the development of personal universal learning actions. It also presents the topics of projects in accordance with personally important problems of teenage schoolchildren. The article correlates a number of communicative actions with the techniques of their development in the course of realization of projects on a concrete learning material and clarifies the techniques of development of regulatory universal learning actions through project activity of schoolchildren in physics with historical-biographical content. The author introduces a classification of types of historical-biographical projects by volume and character of study of the material. The article specifies the tools of information and communication technologies, used in the course of projects realization oriented towards the end product. The projects may be published on the web-pages of electronic educational resources.
