To the Question of Innovative Activity as the Basis of High-Quality Development of Educational Institution

Abstract: The content of the basic concepts is presented in this article: new, novelty, introduction, innovations. The article provides the analysis of factors of the need for innovations. On the basis of the analysis, the author's ideas about the changes in the modern educational system are formulated: in the structure of the basic curriculum, in the content of modern training programs, in the educational and methodical courseware in different subjects, in the approaches to lesson modeling, in the assessment of activity of pupils and teachers, in the quality of training process. These changes are connected with the requirements to the training process stated in the law " On Education in the Russian Federation", therefore the article will be useful for the educational institutions, which are in the process of innovative activity. The article will help them with drawing up the curriculum, with the integration of the content of several disciplines on the basis of realization of modern educational technologies. The author's criteria of innovative activity, innovative schools, innovative lesson, innovative training are presented in the article.
