Training Students and Teachers to Create a Psychologically Safe Inclusive Educational Environment

Abstract: Socio-economic transformations taking place in the country have led to radical changes in the education system. This article explains the necessity of formation of preparation of teachers and students of psychological-pedagogical areas of education to create a psychologically safe and comfortable learning environment, especially in the context of inclusive education. The article deals with the concept of bullying and describes the forms and cycles of bullying, analyzes the spread of violence in schools in Europe and the Russian Federation. It compares the peculiar features of manifestation of violence in kindergartens and schools, the levels of violence against children with special educational needs and healthy children, reveals the role of the teacher (teacher, educator, educational psychologist) in prevention of violence. The authors consider the problem of prevention of violence in educational organizations – kindergartens and schools, including the conditions of inclusive education as an integral part of creating a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment. The article also analyzes the reflection of problems of creating psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment in the federal state educational standards of preschool education, primary education, primary education of pupils with special educational needs, as well as the professional standards of the teacher (teacher-educator) and the educational psychologist.
