Abstract: Today, with migration from areas of armed conflicts, on the territory of the Russian cities and regions there appears a large number of refugees, displaced people and migrants whose children are in need of psychological help. The psychological condition of the children of refugees and migrants is determined by uncertainty in the future and confusion in the face of a multitude of real-world problems, anxiety about their relatives, frustration, fluctuations of mood: agitation, aggression, depression, and apathy. Stressful events, the complex social situation in which the refugees are placed may lead to psychological and social maladjustment, neuro-mental breakdown and conflicts. In order to overcome the adverse effects of stress purposeful psychological help is required.
