Abstract: The article discusses the issues of students’ independent work organization in the pedagogical university. It is underlined, that its content and method of organization depend on the choice of technology in education. In this connection reproductive, research and project methods are studied, as well as the technology of productive learning. The necessity of combination of the mentioned technologies in modern educational process is justified. The characteristics of the main results of the learning process with the integrated use of these technologies are given. It is argued that productive learning technology is of great importance for the process of teachers’ training. The results of students’ independent work are socially important products. Planning and development of interactive teaching models in Physics by the students are the examples of independent students’ work. The goal is to create the models of high level of interactivity with the most realistic interface. The models of this type are in demand in pedagogical practice and have a high learning effect. Knowledge of the methods of teaching Physics are integrated into the project and mastered by the students in the course of its implementation.
