Psycho-Pedagogical Techniques in Formation of Value Motivated Determinants of Stress Resistance of Emercom Students

Abstract: This article speculates about the value motivated determinants of formation of such an important quality among EMERCOM students as stress resistance during their obtaining of higher education. The algorithm of research and stress resistance determinants formation is investigated based on the identification of interdependence of the motivation level and the indicators of professional component after the usage of psycho-pedagogical programme of assistance. The necessity of wholesome approach to the creation of psycho-pedagogical conditions for the formation of stress resistance and the role of motivating factor in the process of trainong future EMERCOM experts is discussed. This article presents the results of an investigation into the influence of value motivated determinants on the process of formation of stress resistance of EMERCOM students. Based on the research recommendations are given as to compiling the psycho-pedagogical programme of assistance to formation of stress resistance.
