The examples proved that the number of speech errors is due to the violation of the law of logic and the violation of linguistic norms. Violations of the laws of logic and methods of logical construction, the inability to establish links between parts of the text and wrong interpretation of the thought pattern leads to syntactic ambiguity in the works of the students. The lack of classification of logical errors in the traditional system of evaluation of essays creates difficulties in determining the type of error and leads to the underestimation by teachers of the exercises on the prevention of logical errors.
