Abstract: The article dwells on the essence, structure and definition of the concept of «pedagogical creativity of teachers of preschool education institutions». Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of modeling of pedagogical creativity of preschool teachers; the author describes the basic components of the developed structural and functional model. In the context of her investigation, the author presents and describes a system of methodological approaches and principles, on which the design of the process of pedagogical creativity of teachers of preschool educational organizations is based. Conceptualizing the idea of development of pedagogical creativity of teachers of preschool educational institutions, the author considers the holistic development of the individuality of the student as a subject of vital and creativity. While considering the structural components of pedagogical creativity of teachers of preschool education institutions the author shows the relationship between them, based on the regularities of the systemic and student-oriented approaches.
