Training of Teachers to the Voluntary Activity Organization of Teenagers with Delinquent Behaviour

Abstract: The goal of this article is to find the ideas that allow to build a model of professional training of future teachers to the organization of voluntary activity of teenagers with delinquent behavior in special educational institutions of the closed type. Optimization of professional training of prospective teachers to such kind of activity may include formation of general professional and specific competences necessary not only for personal, but also for professional formation of future teachers. The author suggests introducing the practice-oriented module into the program of training Bachelors of pedagogical education. This module is expected to be implemented in the variable part of the curriculum. The students are supposed to go through the succession of stages: informative, technological, and a project stage. For each stage the content, methods and forms of organization of the learning process are offered. On each of the stages the students try different social roles (observer and researcher, participant, facilitator of the voluntary activity). The designed model enables to prepare the students to the organization of voluntary activity with teenagers who committed socially dangerous crimes. At the same time the joint projects can significantly affect the rehabilitation process in the special educational institution of the closed type.
