Abstract: The article presents the author's work on the project to develop and implement an innovative model of preschool teachers’ professional development through networking in terms of the activity approach. The personality of the teacher is a powerful tool in the process of educating the younger generation. The more perfect is the instrument, the more successful are professional results. The optimal development of the personality of the teacher occurs in the course of the successful mastering of professional activities, significant for him. Currently, there is a wide variety of training courses for teachers, but they do not always correspond to the expected results, besides they cost a lot and take place in isolation from the real work. Educational kindergarten environment provides transfer of the acquired theoretical knowledge to practical activities, the integration of personal and professional component that contributes to the formation of the professional integrity of the position as a backbone factor of the training process. The article presents a fundamentally new mechanism for methodological support of professional development of a teacher through quality networking of the educators and specialists of 21 preschool educational institution belonging to the MBDOU-kindergarten "Childhood", through the creation of special conditions for the development of creative potential of employees.
