Abstract: The paper is devoted to the issues of self- improvement of cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the employees of territorial bodies of the Russian Interior Ministry through continuous professional psycho-pedagogical and managerial training of the subjects of control (teachers and managers). Based on the analysis of this type of training in pedagogical practice, as well as the structure and content of activity of the subjects of management of the education process, the article proposes an organization and content approach, by which classes in professional service and physical training of employees, as well as classes in moral and psychological training are integrated into a continuous multi-level system of professionalization of personnel for law-enforcement bodies and become a means of development of psycho-pedagogical and administrative culture of the subjects of management of the education process of employees of the MIA bodies. The article deals with organizational, methodological and content aspects of professional psycho-pedagogical and administrative training of the subjects of management of education process in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system, provides recommendations for their implementation in the system of training pedagogical and managerial staff on a part-time basis.
