Structure and Content of Pedagogical Skills of the Future Specialists-Psychologists In the Sphere of Law-Enforcement Activity

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of definition of the structure and content of pedagogical skills, which future specialists-psychologists need to acquire in the sphere of law-enforcement activity in the course of their vocational training in the educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Training of specialists-psychologists of Law Enforcement Offices means formation of the pedagogical skills necessary for their future practical activities. The list of pedagogical abilities included in the program of the courses of Psychology and Pedagogy, allows the teachers to develop the abilities of their students to full extent. The author of the article proves that the leading purpose of formation of pedagogical skills of future specialists-psychologists is the formation of readiness to carry out all-pedagogical (self-subjective, family and household, production) activity and such elements of professional pedagogical activity, which are defined by the normative documents. Besides, the structure of the pedagogical skills of specialists- psychologists of Law Enforcement Offices has to satisfy their own requirements and interests, to become the integral component of their professional and valuable orientations. Formation of pedagogical skills is more effective if the process of pedagogical training is multilevel and linear-concentric, which conforms the training conditions in the educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and experimental work have shown that the most significant for the future specialists-psychologists of Law Enforcement Officers are communicative, information, organizational, constructive, diagnostic, self-educational and art components of pedagogical activity of organizing, research and self-subject character.
