Abstract: The issue of formation of conflictological competence of future pedagogues-psychologists in the process of professional training in higher school is considered in the article. Based on the analysis of a number of concepts of "conflictological competence", our own definition is suggested; features, components and stages of conflictological competence are described. The significance of conflictological competence is expressed in the following functions: informative-signal, integrative and stabilizing, orienting, innovative, evaluative, transformative, preventive, reflective and learning. Based on the analysis of a number of researches, the following components were identified which are necessary for the formation of the given competence: informative and evaluative, integrative-active, motivational, gnostic, normative, reflexive-status and others. As one of the conditions of the formation of conflictological competence of the students, the laboratory called «Application of Modern Psycho Techniques in the Formation of Conflictological Competence of Future Pedagogues-psychologists" is offered, where various active learning methods are described (a method of introspection, an analysis of specific situations, gaming techniques, T-groups, psychodrama, debates, "brainstorming" and training). The author based on comprehensive studies of this scientific and pedagogical problem, comes to the following conclusion, that the conflictological competence is a part of the professional competence of future pedagogues-psychologists. The established laboratory allows future professionals to shape their knowledge and skills to get prepared for practical training. Using interactive methods in teaching can achieve the desired result.
