Abstract: In article the relevance of development of the educational Internet resource focused on identification, diagnostics and escort of gifted school students and students in various areas of graphic activity at different educational steps and stages of personal development reveals. This Internet resource developed at department of arts of Institute of psychology and pedagogics of the Tyumen state university gives the chance: holding webinars by teachers with various groups of listeners; carrying out monitoring on the realized disciplines of special courses; providing to an opportunity viewing of archive of webinars, video files on various subjects with the subsequent registration for a webinar for on-line of communication with the teacher; elimination of technical and technological barriers to manifestation of self-realization of students in the field of art and esthetic activity (registration of works for representation at exhibitions, placement of photos of works at an exhibition, obtaining the electronic version of the diploma, certificate of the participant of an exhibition or competition, etc.); providing association of competent jury to an opportunity in the remote mode on one platform; career guidance of all users who have visited this Internet resource.
