Abstract: The development of personal culture of a student is due to external and internal context. Internal cross-cultural context is considered as the current image of the world and attitude to it as a result of interaction and mutual influence of external contexts in learning process, interaction and mutual influence of different cultures (human, ethnic, national, communicative, professional, information, etc.), defining man as a subject of cognition and meaning perception, understanding and transformation of the specific situation. Internal cross-cultural context, which is manifested in the space-time context of the development of the individual student to a certain level of personal culture: ethnic identity, social and cultural competence, spirituality, civic identity, intelligence. The study of internal cross-cultural context is based on the study of the representational system of the students, reflexivity and subjective control. In its conception of formation of personal culture of the subject we proceed with the development of domestic cross-cultural context on the basis of the ability of the entity to anticipate and reflect on the basis of their knowledge and experience. The development of personal culture of the students in the context of professional learning suggests the possibility of manifestation of their internal context on one level of personal culture. Analysis of the concepts of "I'm real" and "I am perfect" revealed the direction of the development of personal culture of the students of this sample from the prevalence of the first level of ethnic identity to increase of the second level - social and cultural competence and the third level of spirituality of the individual. Students possessing a rigid system of representations have a high level of reflexivity and along with this they have a high level of personal culture in the concept of "I'm real" and "I am perfect".
