Pedagogical Conditions of Cadets’ Active Cooperation Skills Development in Emergency Situations

Abstract: This article describes the peculiarities of cadets’ training in educational establishments of EMERCOM. Based on the literature analysis, the notion of interaction is analyzed; its essential feature is active cooperation. Among the important qualities and skills of cadets, the paper mentions such integrative quality of a person as an ability to active cooperation in emergency situations. Development of such ability is one of the ways of optimization of professional training. The paper describes in detail such educational conditions that promote efficiency of active cooperation skills formation in EMERCOM educational establishment. The paper provides an example of one of educational requirements realization, namely the features of the subjects “Fire-fighting Tactics” and “Fire-fighting Training”. The role play is described; the conclusion are made.
