Abstract: The article describes organizational and methodological conditions of formation of pedagogical competence of future lawyers in the process of legal advice for senior citizens. The paper analyzes the most significant activities of the organizers of the field practice of future lawyers on the implementation of the proposed system of conditions and comments on the fields of training for tutors. The proposed set of conditions is based on the idea of legal advice for senior citizens, viewed as a special kind of social practices of future lawyers embedded in the content of basic educational programs in the field of training with the aim of civic education of law students. The links between legal advice for the elderly with the concept of civil competence model of training of students is reproduced as an argument to place the process of legal education in a new didactic plane of practice-based learning for law students. Following the conception of pedagogical competence of future lawyers formation, adopted by the author, the required experience is represented as a series of stages, the successive passage of which is organized, supervised and controlled by the designated university employee. Cyclicity is necessary not only for effective educational influences, but also for the sustained motivation to civil service necessary for future lawyer in the development of professional identity. It is shown that the proper use of the practical components of the program, higher education can become a kind of social elevator for prospective specialists to promote social mobility within the legal corporations (professional stratification). Social mobility is the phenomenon of movement of individuals, of individual or social object or value within the social space.
