Abstract: The article, based on the analysis of the Concept for the development of the Unified Information Educational Environment of the Russian Federation (2013), justifies the necessity to add one more level to the three levels listed in the Concept. This level is referred to in the article as "disciplinary" - it is a cloud information educational environment created by the teacher to study an academic subject, it is called "Personal Environment for Teaching Discipline" (PETD). The article gives the definition of PETD. It also discusses its differences from the disciplinary modules of hardware LMS, traditionally used in universities. The advantages of Personal Environment are the following: flexibility (multiple options) of PETD, the possibility of interaction with the clouds of students, it is not tied to specific computers, and it is possible to use mobile learning technologies. However, there are some difficulties in the work with this environment that the students and teachers may face: lack of unification of elements of such environment connected with the absence of unified evaluation charts, timetable of the discipline, etc. As a solution to these problems, we propose to use the cloud environment G Suite, adapted to educational institutions in the form of Google for Education. Applications and services, included in the environment, allow to use it as a system of learning management (LMS). Its difference from the hardware counterparts is that in addition to the traditional resource, communication, and organizational functions, it includes the instrumental function that provides a comprehensive solution to all problems of training and management within a single environment. The merits of the Google for Education environment are analyzed. The conclusion is that it is possible to build LMS based on Google for Education; cloud PETD with elements of unification will be included. The stages in the teacher's work in constructing PETD of his discipline and its further use in work with students are discussed.
Key words: Cloud LMS; disciplinary cloud information educational environment; personal environment for teaching discipline; Google for Education.
