Abstract: Paperwork, including discipline working in accordance with the State Educational Standard, takes considerable time in the work of the teaching staff. In order to optimize and efficiently organize the work of university lecturers, it is necessary to develop a unified system for the automated preparation of documents. The article provides an overview of researches of scientists in the field of the organization of electronic document circulation. The necessity of solving a number of problems in this area is substantiated, one of which is the development of a system for automated generation of work programs. To solve this problem, we implemented a system of automatic creation of working programs based on information embedded in the database. The database is organized on the basis of the Xamp web server and the MySQL database server. The database consists of 15 linked tables containing the information necessary for the preparation of the RIAP. To fill the database, an interface is organized in PHP, containing fields for data entry. As a result of the work, we have developed a system that allows you to make information about objects in the database, prepare a work program for each subject entered in the database. When connecting the server to an external IP address, users can be granted access to the database from any computer or mobile device that has access to the Internet. The database developed by us can be expanded to store other information used in learning activity by adding new tables and links, as well as to prepare forms for entering new data and templates that can be used to output any documents of the learning process.
Key words: Document generation, document template, working program; program of the academic course; academic disciplines; information technologies; Internet hosting, electronic document management.
