Abstract: The article reveals the relevance of professional training of legal specialists to work with minors, the necessity of which is determined by the fact that lawyers can not professionally solve the problems of this category of citizens without taking into account their socio-psychological and pedagogical features. It is emphasized that the organization of such training should be carried out taking into account the new trends of substantial updating of forms and methods of preventive and rehabilitation work with the growth of deviant behavior caused by the emergence of new types of deviations associated with the development of computer technology and the Internet, which is essential for today's adolescents. A worldwide network that allows you to uncontrollably engage in “gambling”, such as trolling, astroturfing, cyberbullying, along with other factors, forms the aggression of minors. The anonymity of Internet visits, the lack of real, live contact contribute to the formation of a sense of impunity and complete freedom of action. Speaking about the impact of the Internet on the socialization and formation of personality of young people, we note that this topic is still poorly understood because of its novelty. All this leads to the emergence of new directions in the study of the problems of juvenile deviance and the development of psychological, socio-pedagogical and legal measures to address them effectively. As measures contributing to this, it is proposed to improve the Federal and regional legislation, departmental legal acts regulating the administrative and legal status of the public security police in the state system of prevention and combating juvenile delinquency, as well as the continuous improvement and strengthening of mutual relations of services and units of the public security police with the rest of the subjects of this system.
