Abstract: Against the background of growing instability and uncertainty as one of the main and global challenges of our time, the use of digital technologies is a necessary condition for the high-quality implementation of educational programs. Digitalization opportunities should be considered as responses to the challenges facing the formal education system in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Taking into account the massive and intensive use of Internet technologies in formal education, due to the current situation of social relations, the search and implementation of new approaches to their effective application in educational activities is becoming one of the priority tasks for the development of e-learning in Russian and world universities. This article presents a study aimed at developing a model of integrated electronic support for master’s training of mediators (on the example of the master’s program of the Siberian Federal University “Mediation in education”) as a means of expanding the didactic potential of e-learning. In a multicultural region, for which the profession of mediator is one of the most popular, this issue is particularly relevant. Among the regions of the Yenisei Siberia, the Krasnoyarsk territory, in particular, Krasnoyarsk, in fact, is a leader and pioneer in the field of mediation. In addition to the creation and operation of private mediation centers and school reconciliation services, specialists with appropriate qualifications are trained and retrained here. Since 2018, the Institute of pedagogy, psychology and sociology of the Siberian Federal University has successfully implemented master’s training for multicultural mediators. The research was supported by the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation, the project “Practice-oriented master’s program ‘Mediation in education’ in a strategic partnership of universities and professional communities of mediators in Siberia and Kazakhstan”.
