Abstract: The article discusses the problems of creation and application of a system for assessment of the quality of academic discipline learning outcomes. The quality of learning outcomes is presented as a complex property, and rating is interpreted as a comprehensive assessment of the quality of a multidimensional object. When designing the model, the author uses an algorithm for qualimetric analysis of the complex property (quality) of an object. A qualimetric integrated assessment model is proposed, in which: 1) the quality of learning outcome as an assessment object is represented as an hierarchical structure – a properties tree; 2) weights of individual properties and property groups are determined based on the analysis of the discipline structure and content, time input for formation of useful properties and level of hierarchy (an individual property is an element of knowledge, a skill, a problem solving skill; a group of related properties is a system of knowledge and skills in the subject; a set of groups of related properties is a system of knowledge and skills in the knowledge unit; an integral quality is a system of knowledge in the discipline as a whole); 3) the reference quality is described using the expected learning outcome with the basic (mandatory) part and variable parts specified; 4) the quality of individual executed works is taken into account, as well as timeliness and degree of independence of work performance by students; 5) a possibility to choose the level of proficiency in the discipline by students is provided for. The article demonstrates a possibility to use the model for quality management of training in the frameworks of student-centered and result-oriented approaches and describes an organization chart for rating scoring application in academic activity.
