Interpersonal Interaction of Subjects of Education Process in the Context of Formation of Autonomy of Teenagers

Abstract: The article describes interpersonal interaction of subjects of education process, by means of which the formation of autonomy is carried out in the teenage years. Now autonomy is the most important characteristic of the person allowing them to live according to their internal psychological health. Teenage years have special potential for formation of autonomy. The article shows that interpersonal interaction of such subjects of educational process as the psychological service, teachers, teenagers and their parents exercise complex influence on the identity of the teenager due to which his autonomy is achieved. In article outlines the areas of work of the psychologist with teachers, parents and teenagers in the formation of autonomy of the latter. The article notes the value of cooperation as a form of interpersonal interaction in the process of formation of autonomy. The undertaken work would allow expanding the ideas about the peculiar features of formation of autonomy of teenagers.
