Аннотация: В рамках данной статьи рассмотрена организация учебного процесса с использованием электронных образовательных ресурсов (ЭОР) в институте строительства и архитектуры Уральского федерального университета. Недостаточная обеспеченность учебно-методическими материалами в электронном формате представления и невыполнение требований и принципов, предъявляемых к образовательным ресурсам, тормозят распространение подобных электронных средств и определяют актуальность тематики статьи. Процесс создания ЭОР требует постоянного совершенствования методических указаний по их разработке и поддержания их в актуальном состоянии. Цель статьи – описание структуры ЭОР для подготовки инженеров-строителей и рассмотрение процесса создания ЭОР, содержание которого соответствует современному уровню развития техники и технологий, а также нормативным положениям общей внутривузовской политики по созданию ЭОР. Цель исследования достигнута в результате решения следующих задач: уточнен термин «электронный образовательный ресурс», конкретизированы педагогические положения, на которых строится процесс обучения с использованием ЭОР, сформулированы педагогические принципы, которым должны следовать авторы – разработчики ЭОР, для создания качественной продукции учебного назначения. Объект исследования – процесс подготовки будущих бакалавров строительства кафедры ПГС и ЭН Уральского федерального университета. Предмет исследования – разработка и описание структуры электронного образовательного ресурса по дисциплине «Организация, планирование и управление в строительстве» с целью формирования у будущих бакалавров-строителей необходимой профессиональной компетентности. Анализ внедрения ЭОР в процесс обучения показал, что учебный процесс, обеспеченный разработанными на научной основе, качественными электронными образовательными ресурсами, позволяет реализовать практико-ориентированный подход к обучению. Электронный образовательный ресурс, разработанный на основе Moodle, способствует развитию интереса со стороны студентов к процессу обучения, стремлению к повышению уровня знаний, продвижению в научноисследовательской деятельности

Abstract: Within the framework of this article, the organization of the educational process using electronic educational resources at the Institute of Construction and Architecture of the Ural Federal University is considered. The insufficient provision of educational and methodological materials in electronic format and failure to comply with the requirements and principles for educational resources hinder the spread of such electronic means and determine the relevance of the topic of the article. The process of creating electronic educational resources requires constant improvement of guidelines for their development and keeping them up to date. The purpose of the article is to describe the structure of electronic educational resources for the training of civil engineers and to consider the process of creating electronic educational resources, the content of which corresponds to the current level of development of engineering and technology, as well as the regulatory provisions of the general intra-university policy on the creation of electronic educational resources. The goal of the study was achieved as a result of solving the following problems: the term “electronic educational resource” was clarified, the pedagogical provisions on which the learning process using EER is based were specified, and pedagogical principles were formulated that the authors – developers of EER should follow in order to create high-quality educational products. The object of the study is the process of preparing future bachelors of construction at the Department of Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering of the Ural Federal University. The subject of the research is the development and description of the structure of an electronic educational resource in the discipline “Organization, planning and management in construction” with the aim of developing the necessary professional competence in future civil engineering bachelors. An analysis of the implementation of electronic educational resources in the learning process showed that the educational process, provided with high-quality electronic educational resources developed on a scientific basis, makes it possible to implement a practice-oriented approach to learning. An electronic educational resource developed on the basis of Moodle contributes to the development of interest on the part of students in the learning process, the desire to improve the level of knowledge, and advance in research activities
