Аннотация: В статье представлены трактовка понятия «историческая культура» и подходы к проблеме формирования у детей старшего дошкольного возраста исторической культуры в современных исследованиях, которая рассматривается в контексте развития общей культуры личности, патриотического воспитания детей. Определены цель – конкретизировать понятие «историческая культура личности» применительно к дошкольному возрасту и охарактеризовать его; и основной круг задач исследования, в числе которых – раскрыть сущность и специфику формирования основ исторической культуры личности ребенка на этапе дошкольного образования; выявить компоненты, уровни, показатели сформированности основ исторической культуры личности ребенка на этапе дошкольного образования; разработать и экспериментально апробировать педагогическую технологию формирования основ исторической культуры личности ребенка на этапе дошкольного образования; разработать психолого-педагогическое сопровождение родителей воспитанников, содействующее повышению роли семьи в историческом просвещении детей дошкольного возраста. Описан критериальный аппарат, представлена технология формирования основ исторической культуры дошкольника. Отражены рекомендации по организации процесса формирования у обучающихся основ исторической культуры на этапе дошкольного образования.

Abstract: The article presents the interpretation of the concept of “historical culture” and approaches to the problem of the formation of historical culture in older preschool children in modern research, which is considered in the context of the development of the general culture of the individual, patriotic education of children. The purpose is defined – to concretize the concept of “historical culture of personality” in relation to preschool age and to characterize it; the main range of research objectives is defined, including: to reveal the essence and specifics of the formation of the foundations of the historical culture of the child’s personality at the stage of preschool education; to identify the components, levels, indicators of the formation of the foundations of the historical culture of the child’s personality at the stage of preschool education; to develop and experimentally test a pedagogical technology for the formation of the foundations of the historical culture of the child’s personality at the stage of preschool education; to develop psychological and pedagogical support for parents of pupils, contributing to the enhancement of the role of the family in the historical education of preschool children. The criteria apparatus is described, and the technology for forming the foundations of the historical culture of a preschooler is presented. The recommendations on the organization of the process of students’ formation of the foundations of historical culture at the stage of preschool education are reflected.
