Аннотация: В статье описана проектируемая модель образовательной системы, ориентированная на формирование предпринимательских компетенций у студентов, проведен анализ актуальной научной литературы, касающейся этапов развития стартапов, обобщены и систематизированы ключевые этапы и необходимые предпосылки создания организационно-педагогических условий и подходов, способствующих эффективному функционированию предложенной модели образовательной системы. Цель статьи – выявление и анализ специфики этапов развития бизнеса, формулирование компетенций, сопутствующих каждому из этих этапов для определения предпосылок создания организационно-педагогических условий и подходов, направленных на развитие профессиональной и предпринимательской компетентности. Результаты исследования. Проведен анализ современной литературы по вопросам этапов развития стартапа, обобщены и сформированы этапы развития стартапа, компетенции, необходимые для реализации этих этапов с целью определения предпосылок создания организационно-педагогических условий и подходов для функционирования проектируемой модели образовательной системы. Заключение. На основе этапов развития стартапов и соответствующих компетенций сформированы предпосылки создания организационно-педагогических условий проектируемой образовательной системы развития предпринимательских компетенций студентов.

Abstract: The article describes the projected model of the educational system, focused on the formation of entrepreneurial competencies among students, analyzes the relevant scientific literature on the stages of startup development, summarizes and systematizes the key stages and necessary prerequisites for the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions and approaches that contribute to the effective functioning of the proposed model of the educational system. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze the specifics of business development stages, to formulate competencies accompanying each of these stages in order to determine the prerequisites for creating organizational and pedagogical conditions and approaches aimed at developing professional and entrepreneurial competence. The results of the study. The analysis of modern literature on the stages of startup development is carried out, the stages of startup development, the competencies necessary for the implementation of these stages are summarized and formed in order to determine the prerequisites for creating organizational and pedagogical conditions and approaches for the functioning of the projected educational system model. Conclusion. Based on the stages of startup development and relevant competencies, the prerequisites for creating organizational and pedagogical conditions for the projected educational system for the development of students’ entrepreneurial competencies have been formed.
