Аннотация: В статье обсуждается вопрос о содержании, способах и средствах формирования у младших школьников начальных представлений о языке как духовно-нравственной ценности народа. На основе анализа научно-методической литературы выявлены аргументы, характеризующие язык как ценностный объект: язык хранит информацию о культуре народа и является частью этой культуры; русский язык обладает национально-историческим своеобразием и богатым арсеналом средств; русский язык – это язык родины, язык, на котором человек думает и говорит с детства, язык родителей. С целью уточнения содержания работы по формированию представлений о языке как духовно-нравственной ценности народа проведен анализ требований ФГОС НОО, рабочей программы начального общего образования и учебников по русскому языку для начальной школы. Определены и охарактеризованы направления работы: формирование представлений о языке как средстве хранения и трансляции национальной культуры прошлого и настоящего, отражающем непрерывную связь поколений; развитие восприимчивости к свойствам и возможностям русского языка; формирование уважительного отношения к этическим, нравственным нормам, обычаям и традициям в речевом поведении. Представлены формы и приемы работы, направленные на решение обозначенной проблемы, а также необходимые дополнения к методическому аппарату учебников. Особое внимание уделяется методам, позволяющим создать у детей позитивное отношение к родному языку и культуре своей страны, а также показывается, как изучение национальных традиций и обычаев может способствовать формированию интереса к языку.

Abstract: The article discusses the content, methods and means of formation of primary ideas about the language as a spiritual and moral value of the people in primary schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature the arguments characterizing language as an object of value are identified: language stores information about the culture of the people and is part of this culture; Russian language has a national-historical originality and a rich arsenal of means; Russian is the language of the motherland, the language in which a person thinks and speaks since childhood, the language of parents. In order to clarify the content of the work on the formation of ideas about the language as a spiritual and moral value of the people the analysis of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, the working program of primary general education and textbooks on the Russian language for elementary school. The following areas of work are defined and characterized: formation of ideas about language as a means of storing and transmitting national culture of the past and present, reflecting the continuous connection between generations; development of sensitivity to the properties and possibilities of the Russian language; formation of a respectful attitude to ethical, moral norms, customs and traditions in speech behavior. The forms and methods of work aimed at solving the indicated problem are presented, as well as the necessary additions to the methodical apparatus of textbooks. Particular attention is paid to methods that allow children to create a positive attitude toward their native language and culture of their country. It shows how the study of national traditions and customs can foster an interest in language as well.
