Аннотация: Статья подготовлена в контексте исследования проблемы формирования профессионально значимых личностных качеств будущих офицеров в этнокультурной образовательной среде военного вуза. В статье с позиции научно-теоретического анализа рассмотрены общенаучные представления понятий «культура», «инкультурация» и «личность», определены и обоснованы их содержательно-смысловые характеристики. Цель статьи: теоретическое определение и обоснование структурно-организационных и содержательных характеристик инкультурационной личности будущего офицера и необходимости реализации педагогических условий в исследуемом процессе. Материалы и методы: для решения поставленных задач использовались теоретические методы: анализ и обобщение научной литературы; историко-логический и сравнительно-сопоставительный анализ отечественной и зарубежной этнопедагогической и психолого-педагогической литературы; частные эмпирические методы: анкетирование, тестирование и обработка исследовательских материалов, наблюдение за исследуемым процессом; общие эмпирические методы: изучение и обобщение передового педагогического опыта по проблеме исследования, педагогический эксперимент, методы статистической обработки данных. Результаты. Авторы рассмотрели научно-теоретические основания структурно-организационных и содержательных характеристик инкультурационной личности в образовательной среде военного вуза. Раскрывается культурологическая сущность процесса инкультурации личности в этнокультурной образовательной среде. B результате данного исследования показано, что центральным, системообразующим ядром процесса формирования инкультурационной личности будущего офицера являются личность, этнокультурный компонент и этнокультурная образовательная среда. В результате исследования сущности феномена «инкультурация личности», исходя из теоретико-методологической основы этнокультурного образования, рассмотрены компоненты инкультурационной личности и раскрыта их содержательная характеристика. Авторский коллектив представил результаты эмпирического исследования, где целью явилась проверка гипотезы, которая основана на выявлении и реализации научно-теоретических предпосылок, закономерностей, принципов, педагогических условий, компонентов и критериев формирования инкультурационной личности будущего офицера как профессионально значимого личностного качества.

Abstract: The article has been prepared in the context of studying the problem of formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future officers in the ethnocultural educational environment of a military university. In the article, from the position of scientific and theoretical analysis, general scientific ideas of the concepts of “culture”, “enculturation” and “personality” are considered, their substantive and semantic characteristics are defined and substantiated. The purpose of the article: theoretical definition and substantiation of the structural, organizational and substantive characteristics of the enculturation personality of a future officer and the need to implement pedagogical conditions in the process under study. Materials and methods: to solve the set tasks, the following theoretical methods were used: analysis and generalization of scientific literature; historical and logical and comparative analysis of domestic and foreign ethnopedagogical and psychological and pedagogical literature; private empirical methods: questionnaires, testing and processing of research materials, observation of the process under study; general empirical methods: study and generalization of advanced pedagogical experience on the research problem, pedagogical experiment, methods of statistical data processing. Results. The authors examined the scientific and theoretical foundations of the structural, organizational and substantive characteristics of the enculturation personality in the educational environment of a military university. The cultural essence of the process of personality enculturation in the ethnocultural educational environment is revealed. As a result of this study, it is shown that the central, system-forming core of the process of formation of the enculturation personality of a future officer is the personality, the ethnocultural component and the ethnocultural educational environment. As a result of considering the essence of the phenomenon of “personality enculturation”, based on the theoretical and methodological basis of ethnocultural education, the components of the enculturation personality are considered and their substantive characteristics are revealed. The authors’team presented the results of an empirical study, the purpose of which was to test a hypothesis based on the identification and implementation of scientific and theoretical prerequisites, patterns, principles, pedagogical conditions, components and criteria for the formation of the inculturation personality of a future officer as a professionally significant personal quality.
