Аннотация: Мировая глобализация и расширение международных связей неизбежно приводят к увеличению числа людей, изучающих иностранные языки. Вместе с тем знание языка одной страны не может быть полным без знания культуры и традиций этой страны. Особенно важно, чтобы учащиеся средней школы и дополнительного иноязычного образования, готовящиеся к выбору профессии, имели возможность погрузиться в культуру страны изучаемого языка. Занятия по иностранным языкам, в том числе дополнительное образование, могут стать отличным инструментом для расширения знания иностранного языка и погружения в культуру его носителей. Проблема исследования: каким образом организовано знакомство обучающихся с культурой страны изучаемого языка с помощью цифровых ресурсов в основной школе и дополнительном образовании и как это влияет на языковую культурную компетенцию учащихся. Цель исследования: рассмотрение потенциальных возможностей цифровых ресурсов в развитии устных видов речевой деятельности при обучении иностранному языку учащихся средней школы и дополнительного иноязычного образования и описание алгоритма работы с ними. Методы исследования: теоретический анализ научной литературы; наблюдение за учебным процессом школьников как в средней школе, так и в дополнительном иноязычном образовании; анкетирование школьников; беседа с преподавателями иностранных языков, родителями, учащимися; метод качественной и количественной обработки полученных данных. К специфике образовательной программы по иностранному языку в средней школе и дополнительном иноязычном образовании относится также то, что, опираясь на конкретный языковой материал, преподаватель иностранного языка старается научить школьников понимать мировоззрение и психологию представителей другой страны, которые в основном выражаются посредством художественных средств, имеющих множество единых философско-психологических, мифопоэтических истоков в глубокой древности, что во многом способствует формированию внутреннего мира школьников и их гуманитарной культуры.

Abstract: Globalization and the expansion of international relations inevitably lead to an increase in the number of people learning foreign languages. However, knowledge of the language of one country cannot be complete without knowledge of the culture and traditions of that country. It is especially important that students of secondary school and additional foreign language education who are preparing to choose a profession in their future lives have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of the country of the language they are learning. Computer science classes, including additional education, can be an excellent tool for expanding knowledge of computer science and immersing oneself in the culture of its speakers. Research problem: how is it organized for students to get acquainted with the culture of the country of the language being studied using digital resources in primary school and additional education, and how does this affect the linguistic and cultural competence of students? The purpose of the study is to examine the potential of digital resources in the development of oral speech activities in teaching secondary school students and students of higher education and to describe an algorithm for working with them. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; observation of the educational process of schoolchildren both in secondary schools and in higher education institutions; questioning of schoolchildren; conversation with teachers, parents, students; method of qualitative and quantitative processing of the data obtained. The specifics of the foreign language education program in secondary schools and higher education institutions also include the fact that, based on specific language material, the foreign language teacher tries to teach students to understand the worldview and psychology of the representatives of the foreign language, which are mainly expressed through artistic means having many common philosophical, psychological, mythopoeic origins in ancient times, which in many ways promotes the formation of the inner world of schoolchildren and their humanitarian culture.
