Аннотация: Профессиональное развитие педагога, повышение его квалификации обусловлено необходимостью соответствия современным требованиям образования, работе в условиях глобализации и активного использования цифровых инновационных технологий. В настоящее время многими учеными и практиками уделяется особое внимание изучению создания образовательной среды с целью получения эффекта профессионального развития педагогических кадров. Совершенствование образовательной среды в настоящий момент требует комплексного анализа происходящих изменений и преодоления возникающих противоречий, что позволит осуществлять процессы повышения профессионального развития педагогов более эффективными. В статье рассмотрены аспекты, связанные с созданием образовательной среды, которая повышает профессиональное развитие педагога. Целью исследования явилось теоретическое обоснование важности создания образовательной среды, способствующей профессиональному развитию педагога как педагогического инструмента. Задачи заключались в изучении аспектов образовательной среды как педагогического инструмента, влияющего на профессиональное развитие педагога. Гипотезой нашего теоретического исследования было то, что условия образовательной среды влияют на профессиональное развитие педагогических кадров. Создание образовательной среды, обеспечивающей персонализацию и индивидуализацию учебно-воспитательного процесса, гармоничное развитие и саморазвитие личности, по нашему мнению, способствуют профессиональному развитию педагогов. Методами исследования явились теоретический анализ, анализ результатов деятельности образовательных организаций различных уровней, обобщение данных педагогических и психологических источников. Научная новизна результатов заключается в том, что выявлено влияние образовательной среды на развитие педагогов. Теоретическая значимость результатов состоит в анализе понятий образовательной среды в контексте повышения эффективности системы образования. Практическая значимость результатов заключается в обосновании важности создания образовательной среды, способствующей профессиональному развитию педагогов, и ее использовании в качестве педагогического инструмента, что позволит разработать модель среды образования, повышающую профессиональное развитие педагогов, в том числе с учетом инновационных подходов к организационно-методической работе в образовательной организации. Автор пришел к выводу о том, что ценность создаваемой образовательными организациями всех уровней образовательной среды заключается в том, что она способствует развитию профессионализма у педагогических кадров.

Abstract: The professional development of the teacher, the improvement of his qualifications is due to the need to meet modern educational requirements, work in the context of globalization and the active use of digital innovative technologies. Currently, many scientists and practitioners pay special attention to the study of the creation of an educational environment in order to obtain the effect of professional development of teaching staff. The improvement of the educational environment at the moment requires a comprehensive analysis of the changes taking place and overcoming the contradictions that arise, which will make it possible to carry out the processes of improving the professional development of teachers more effective. The article discusses aspects related to the creation of an educational environment that enhances the professional development of a teacher. The purpose of the study was the theoretical substantiation of the importance of creating an educational environment conducive to the professional development of a teacher as a pedagogical tool. The objectives were to study aspects of the educational environment as a pedagogical tool that affects the professional development of a teacher. The hypothesis of our theoretical research was that the conditions of the educational environment affect the professional development of teaching staff. The creation of an educational environment that provides personalization and individualization of the educational process, harmonious development and self-development of the individual, in our opinion, contributes to the professional development of teachers. The research methods were theoretical analysis, analysis of the results of the activities of educational organizations of various levels, generalization of data from pedagogical and psychological sources. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the fact that the influence of the educational environment on the development of teachers has been revealed. The theoretical significance of the results consists in the analysis of the concepts of the educational environment in the context of improving the effectiveness of the education system. The practical significance of the results is to substantiate the importance of creating an educational environment that promotes the professional development of teachers, and its use as a pedagogical tool, which will allow us to develop a model of the educational environment that increases the professional development of teachers, including taking into account innovative approaches to organizational and methodological work in an educational organization. The author came to the conclusion that the value of the educational environment created by educational organizations at all levels is that it contributes to the development of professionalism among teaching staff.
