Аннотация: В статье рассматривается опыт формирования и развития рационализаторских умений у обучающихся учреждений среднего профессионального образования (СПО) в процессе системной проектно-творческой деятельности (ПТД) в условиях эффективного социального партнерства, успешного взаимодействия педагога СПО и наставника промышленных предприятий. На основе анализа и практической апробации развития проектно-творческой деятельности студентов в условиях производственной практики на предприятии выявлены некоторые особенности указанной деятельности и разработана модель взаимодействия учебного заведения и предприятия в успешном функционировании тандема «педагог учебного заведения – наставник предприятия». Развитие рационализаторских умений особенно актуально в связи с внедрением на российских предприятиях таких творческих технологий, как система «kaizen», методы бережливого производства «lean production», «kanban», «monodzukuri» и др. В процессе исследования выявлены структура и содержание, определены уровни и критериальные показатели ПТД современного высококвалифицированного рабочего, соответствующего требованиям инновационно развивающегося производства. Освоение студентами СПО указанных технологий в условиях эффективного взаимодействия педагога и наставника способствует непрерывному взаимоповышению квалификации как наставника – руководителя практики, так и педагога учебного заведения, а также развитию рационализаторских умений студента. Выявлено положительное влияние процесса освоения рационализаторских умений в условиях ПТД на мотивацию в обучении, формирование мировоззрения обучающихся, воспитание профессионально востребованных качеств личности, бережливости, развитие творческого и критического мышления, формирование устойчивой потребности в саморазвитии

Abstract: The article examines the experience of formation and development of innovation skills of students of secondary vocational education institutions (SVE) in the process of systematic design and creative activity (DCA) in conditions of effective social partnership, successful interaction of the teacher of SVE and mentors of enterprises. Based on the analysis and practical approbation of the development of students’ design and creative activity in the conditions of industrial practice at the enterprise, some features of this activity are identified and a model of interaction between the educational institution and the enterprise in the successful functioning of the tandem “teacher of the educational institution – mentor of the enterprise” is developed. The development of innovation skills is especially relevant in connection with the introduction of such creative technologies at Russian enterprises as the kaizen system, lean production methods, and kanban, “monodzukuri”, etc. In the course of the research, the structure and content were revealed, the levels and criteria indicators of the DCA of a modern highly qualified worker who meets the requirements of an innovatively developing production were determined. The implementation of these technologies by SVE students in the conditions of effective interaction between the teacher and mentor also contributes to the continuous mutual improvement of the qualifications of both the mentor – head of the practice and the teacher of the educational institution, as well as the development of rationalization skills of all sides of this process. The positive influence of the process of mastering rationalization skills in the conditions of DCA on motivation in training, the formation of the worldview of students, the education of professionally demanded personality qualities, thrift, the development of creative and critical thinking and the formation of a stable need for self-development is also revealed
