Аннотация: Проблема статьи заключается в разрешении противоречия между необходимостью развития учебной и профессиональной мотивации студентов СПО – будущих дизайнеров и недостаточной разработанностью принципов, методов и приемов ее развития в процессе производственной практики. Целью автора стала попытка доказать эффективность использования производственной практики в развитии учебной и профессиональной мотивации студентов СПО – будущих дизайнеров. Методология и методы исследования. Методологическую основу исследования составили работы по мотивации, в том числе профессиональной и когнитивной, а также по использованию производственной практики для развития мотивации студентов. Несмотря на достаточную изученность темы, авторы имеющихся работ, посвященных проблемам соотношения этих двух составляющих в развитии учащихся среднего профессионального образования, не могут прийти к единому мнению об их месте в структуре мотивации и важности для эффективности образовательной деятельности. В статье использованы методы теоретического анализа, систематизации, обобщения, на основе которых обоснована эффективность использования производственной практики в развитии учебной и профессиональной мотивации студентов СПО – будущих дизайнеров. Основные результаты. На основе проведенного анализа специальной литературы было выявлено, что производственная практика способствует развитию учебной и профессиональной мотивации. В ходе производственной практики повышается мотивация студентов СПО – будущих дизайнеров как к учебе, так и к будущей профессии, так как вырабатывается практический подход к процессу проектирования объектов дизайна и формируются профессиональные навыки и компетенции. Автором обоснована эффективность производственной практики для повышения мотивации у студентов СПО в процессе приобщения к профессиональным навыкам дизайнера. Научная новизна результатов исследования заключается в обосновании эффективности использования навыков и приемов работы в ходе производственной практики для повышения учебной и профессиональной мотивации студентов СПО – будущих дизайнеров. Практическая и теоретическая значимость результатов заключается в том, что автором доказана эффективность использования производственной практики для повышения учебной и профессиональной мотивации студентов в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования России, проводящих подготовку студентов дизайнерских профессий. Содержательные выводы. Таким образом, принципы, этапы, методы и приемы организации производственной практики соответствуют требованиям образовательного процесса к развитию личности студентов и результатам обучения в соответствии с образовательными стандартами, что способствует формированию положительной мотивации как к учебе, так и к будущей профессии и развитию всесторонне развитой творческой личности студентов

Abstract: The problem of the article is to resolve the contradiction between the need to develop educational and professional motivation of students of secondary vocational education – future designers and the insufficient development of principles, methods and techniques for its development in the process of practical training. The author’s goal was to try to prove the effectiveness of using industrial practice in the development of educational and professional motivation of students of secondary vocational education – future designers. Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis of the study was work on motivation, including professional and cognitive, as well as on the use of industrial practice to develop student motivation. Despite the topic being sufficiently studied, the authors of existing works devoted to the problems of the relationship between these two components in the development of students in secondary vocational education cannot come to a consensus about their place in the structure of motivation and their importance for the effectiveness of educational activities. The article uses methods of theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization, on the basis of which the effectiveness of using industrial practice in the development of educational and professional motivation of students of secondary vocational education – future designers – is substantiated. Main results. Based on the analysis of specialized literature, it was revealed that industrial practice contributes to the development of educational and professional motivation. During industrial practice, the motivation of students of secondary vocational education – future designers – increases both in their studies and in their future profession, as a practical approach to the process of designing design objects is developed and professional skills and competencies are formed. The author substantiates the effectiveness of industrial practice for increasing motivation among secondary vocational education students in the process of acquiring professional design skills. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the substantiation of the effectiveness of using skills and work techniques during practical training to increase the educational and professional motivation of vocational education students – future designers. The practical and theoretical significance of the results lies in the fact that the author has proven the effectiveness of using industrial practice to increase the educational and professional motivation of students in institutions of secondary vocational education in Russia that train students in design professions. Meaningful conclusions. Thus, the principles, stages, methods and techniques of organizing practical training meet the requirements of the educational process for the development of students’ personalities and learning outcomes in accordance with educational standards, which contributes to the formation of positive motivation both for study and for a future profession and the development of a comprehensively developed creative personality students
