Аннотация: Подготовка учителя основ безопасности и защиты Родины рассматривается в контексте общегосударственной социальной политики повышения качества жизни и ее безопасности. Противоречия между усилением прикладного характера педагогического образования, сопровождающегося обновлением образовательных пространств, и недостаточной системной разработанностью практико-ориентированной подготовки учителя основ безопасности и защиты Родины в ситуации растущих угроз в современном обществе высокого риска определяют проблему исследования. Цель состояла в обосновании методической системы практико-ориентированной подготовки учителей основ безопасности и защиты Родины в условиях инновационной инфраструктуры образовательных пространств педвуза и построении системного модуля проектной деятельности студентов как условия ее реализации. На основе анализа научной литературы определены теоретические положения практико-ориентированного обучения и методологический базис работы, определивший ведущие идеи, подходы и принципы исследования. Использование процедуры моделирования позволило создать модель методической системы в единстве ее структурно-функциональных аспектов. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке системного представления о практико-ориентированной подготовке учителей основ безопасности и защиты Родины с учетом инфраструктурного фактора образовательного пространства; создании модуля проектной деятельности на основе его ресурсов. Теоретическая значимость выражается в развитии научных взглядов на практическую подготовку педагога в новых условиях обучения с применением перспективных технологий для реализации профессионального стандарта. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности использования полученных выводов и рекомендаций при проектировании образовательных процессов в новых условиях, на идеях цифровой трансформации образования. Разработанная методическая система, объединяющая теоретико-методологический и методический уровни, обеспечивает профессиональную подготовку учителя основ безопасности и защиты Родины, отвечающую современным социальным вызовам и образовательным стандартам.

Abstract: The training of a teacher of the basics of security and protection of the Homeland is considered in the context of a national social policy to improve the quality of life and its safety. The contradictions between the strengthening of the applied nature of pedagogical education, accompanied by the renewal of educational spaces, and the insufficient systematic development of the practical-oriented training of the teacher of the basics of security and protection of the Homeland in a situation of growing threats in a modern high-risk society determine the problem of research. The goal was to substantiate the methodological system of practical-oriented training of teachers of the basics of safety and protection of the Homeland in the context of the innovative infrastructure of educational spaces of the pedagogical university and to build a system module for student project activities as a condition for its implementation. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, the theoretical provisions of practice-oriented learning and the methodological basis of work were determined, which determined the leading ideas, approaches and principles of research. The use of the modeling procedure made it possible to create a model of the methodological system in the unity of its structural and functional aspects. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of a systematic idea of the practice-oriented training of teachers of the basics of safety and protection of the Homeland, taking into account the infrastructure factor of the educational space; creating a self-design module based on its resources. Theoretical significance is expressed in the development of scientific views on the practical training of a teacher in new training conditions using promising technologies for the implementation of a professional standard. Practical significance lies in the possibility of using the findings and recommendations when designing educational processes based on the ideas of digital transformation of education. The developed methodological system, combining theoretical, methodological and methodological levels, provides professional training for the teacher of the basics of security and protection of the Motherland, which meets modern social challenges and educational standards.
